This screenprint is about the healing that happens after hardship and the importance of showing up as whole human beings in everything we do.

Over the last year, I’ve experienced tremendous highs and lows. The growth and learning have been significant, but they’ve also come through deeply adverse moments.

This character carries visible marks from the challenges it has endured. Those marks are not hidden, they are part of the story. And from those same experiences, an open hand emerges, an invitation for possibility and healing.
