This print is part of a series where I first began combining language and collage. From 2014 to 2017, my collages were mostly abstract or figurative and rarely included words, as I reserved text for direct social justice posters. In 2018, I became interested in blurring the line between my fine art and political work. I started experimenting with layering stenciled words over my collages using different ink colors and opacities.
