This print is a call to action against capitalism’s relentless extraction of the Earth’s resources. Colonialism has tried to sever our connection to nature, but we are nature and when the planet suffers, we suffer. At the center of the piece is a hummingbird, a symbol of resilience, transformation, and ecological balance. As pollinators, hummingbirds help sustain biodiversity and remind us of the deep interconnectedness of all life. Through this work, I invite us to fight for a future where people and planet come before profit.
